HOMESTEAD HEIGHTS is a Residential Estate Subdivision located on the northeast corner of 160th and Hayesmount Road in Adams County, Colorado. Homes will range in price from the high $300’s to the low $600’s. The subdivision contains 56 building sites ranging in size from 1.5 to 3 acres each. The Great Rock Water District will provide water service for these homes and wastewater treatment will be by individual sewage disposal system (ISDS).
